Maalot Los Angeles is a branch of Maalot Zaidner Institute in Yerushalayim, founded in 1986.

Maalot Los Angeles has designed its curriculum to offer advanced education within a supportive environment. The structure of the Maalot program allows students to earn a baccalaureate degree in a shorter amount of time than at a traditional college. Students receive high quality instruction and challenging coursework, earning credit which can lead to their degree. Maalot currently offers a degree in Liberal Arts with coursework in Graphic Design, Business, Psychology, and Education. Our college level Kodesh classes are taught by leading rabbis from the local community.

All courses, including Kodesh, have been recommended for credit by A.C.E., the American Council on Education. Since 1992, over 500 students have used Maalot credit to earn their degree through Thomas Edison State College of New Jersey, which is accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges. Many of our students continue their education in graduate school after completing our program.
